AGREEMENT
Between the Government of the Hellenic Republic and the Government of the Polish People’s Republic, Desiring to conclude an Agreement for the avoidance of double taxation with respect to taxes on income and on capital,
Have agreed as follows:
In witness whereof, the undersigned, duly authorised thereto, have signed this Agreement.
Done at Athens on the 20th November 1987 in the Greek, Polish and English languages, the three texts being equally authentic. In case of any divergence of interpretation, the English text shall prevail.
