CONVENTION
between the Hellenic Republic and the Republic of Moldova for the avoidance of double taxation and the prevention of fiscal evasion with respect to taxes on income and on property
The Hellenic Republic and the Republic of Moldova,
Desiring to conclude a Convention for the avoidance of double taxation and the prevention of fiscal evasion with respect to taxes on income and on property,
Have agreed as follows:

IN WITNESS WHEREOF the undersigned, duly authorized thereto, have signed this Convention.
DONE at Chisenau on 29th March 2004 in two originals, in the Greek, Moldovan and English languages, each text being equally authentic, the English text shall prevail in case of doubt.
