AGREEMENT
between the Hellenic Republic and the Republic of Croatia for the avoidance of double taxation with respect to taxes on income and on capital
The Government of the Hellenic Republic and the Government of the Republic of Croatia desiring to conclude an Agreement for the avoidance of double taxation with respect to taxes on income and on capital
Have agreed as follows:
Done at Zagreb, on 18th day of October 1996, in duplicate, in the Hellenic, Croatian and English languages, the texts being equally authentic.
In case of any divergence of interpretation of the Helenic and Croatian texts, the English text shall prevail.
