The Government of the Hellenic Republic and

The Swiss Federal Council,

Desiring to conclude a Protocol to amend the Convention between the Hellenic Republic and the Swiss Confederation for the Avoidance of Double Taxation with respect to Taxes on Income, signed at Berne on 16th June 1983 (hereinafter referred to as “the Convention") and the Protocol signed at Berne on 16th June 1983 (hereinafter referred to as “the Protocol to the Convention”),
